However for the last two months the service here has really gone down the tubes. I loved the value of the meal for the price and it was convenient in terms of location and time to prepare. We could hear every little sound through the thin door, and we got about 3 hrs of sleep by the time they finally quieted down. When the hotel is clearly not full, I cannot understand the logic behind putting another guest in the room adjoining a bridal party. Furthermore, we were given a room that had an adjoining room full of bridesmaids partying loudly until 4 am. This was a huge inconvenience when I just wanted a flat iron in the morning and called down to the front desk pre-shower. The rooms don’t include a coffee maker, and while they advertise having Dry Bar brand hair styling implements (flat iron, curling iron and blow dryer), they require you to come down to the lobby to sign one out, and there is a $250 deposit. Management still leaves something to be desired, though. Their rooms are nice, and the soak tubs in the king spa rooms are awesome.

The Journeyman is a trendy hotel in a great location.
